Dr. Rogan was born and raised in Tel Aviv, Israel. He completed his veterinary training at the University of Bologna, in Italy, as a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in 1982. Besides practicing in Italy, he has also practiced in a number of countries including the Netherlands, Israel, and of course, the United States.
In the mid-1980’s Dr. Rogan came to New York City, where he practiced in a busy multi-doctor, small-animal practice for several years. He then worked in various emergency and small-animal practices in Upstate New York. In 1992, he purchased Metuchen Veterinary Hospital and has been the sole owner since. He is a member of the NJ Veterinary Medical Association and the American Veterinary Medical Association. In the fall of 2012 he received his Accreditation through the Department of Agriculture.
A life-long animal lover, Dr. Rogan had 3 dogs, and various cats.
A Graduate of the Faculty of Medicine – Alexandria, Egypt; Dr. Mansour came to the states in 2005 and began practicing Veterinary Medicine. He participated in the Visiting Clinician Program at North Carolina State University where he expanded his knowledge and experience in Anesthesia, Radiology, Internal Medicine, Soft Tissue Surgery, and Orthopedic Surgeries. He is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association and the NJ Veterinary Medical Association. He joined our team as an Associate Veterinarian in the summer of 2012. In the fall of 2012 he received his Accreditation through the Department of Agriculture.

Our Senior Veterinary Technician and Office Manager, Lisa joined MVH in 1996. She has a BS from Middlesex County College and is a Registered Veterinary Technician. She has also completed training in Canine/Feline Nutrition and Canine Behavior at Cornell University. She is a member of the Society of Behavior Technicians, the National Association of Veterinary Technicians in America, and the NJ Veterinary Technicians and Assistants. In 2008 she became a member of the Middlesex County Animal Response Team. The team operates under the Office of Emergency Management, and aide’s animals and their owners during Disaster Situations like Hurricanes Irene and Sandy. In her spare time she also pet sits for a number of our clients.
Pictured with Lisa is her Yellow Lab, Gibbs. Her other “Fur-Kids” include 2 more dogs: Sirus, a Pointer Mix & Lizzy, a Golden Mix. 3 cats: Stitch, Lilo, and Summer. Also added to the mix, a ferret named Lenny.
Our daytime receptionist, she is a graduate of Cook College, with a BS degree in Animal Science. Linda’s “Fur-Kids” include 4 cats; Slim Shady, Autumn, Junior, and Delilah.
